1. A word used to describe something which you find extremely smarmy or unpleaseant.

2. Can also be used as a name for someone you find unnerving; someone you can't stand to listen to for even five seconds.

Person 1: "Look what I drew!" >_> <_<
Person 2: "That is smarmy. AHAHA moot!"

Person 1: "Hi Person 2! Guess what I found in my pants yesterday..."
Person 2: " AHHHH you're such a moot!" *runs away screaming*

MFPOTLY was watching her break. Watching the smug defiance that had become a mainstay in our relationship turn into frustration, anger, and silence. The shock on her face when I pulled back in disgust at her touch slowing turning into a look of defeat was priceless. Priceless and absolutely worthless all at the same time.
