means a lucky person (- like a Dude who found this site thinking QcUMBeAR was a "funny" gaming nickname. ... but the glorious ways of www showed him that the "nick" is already used by a beautiful mind in Ukraine, blessed with the same sense of profound humor )
it is also used for noobs in FPS games who have made a few lucky "head shots"

This word is derived from the great Bhagat Singh, and is pretty much similar to the definition of Rizz (created by YouTuber and Streamer Kai Cenat), which means to have game with females. There can be many different types of Luber, such as Unspoken Luber, or Internet Luber.
