Someone who is a dork and a loser to the most extreme of which it is obtainable. Or a super nerd that is just on a whole new level of nerdy, loserdom.

Sore Loserman

This was the insult often used by members of the Republican party towards 2000 presidential/vice presidential candidates Al Gore and Joe Lieberman. Their campaign signs read "Gore Lieberman," and the insult is a play on words referring to how Mr. Gore criticized the handling of the Florida vote counting, resulting in the closest (and possibly most botched) presidential race in the history of the United States.

Mr. Gore's appeals for a recount went unheeded.

Republicans all over America put up 'Sore Loserman' signs following the 2000 presidential elections.
