Faker

Someone who says they'll come through for you on something (usually drugs) and then when it comes time to get to business, the person leaves you hanging. That's a faker.

Stoner: Yo man, you gonna have that dub for me later?
Dealer: Yeah for sure hit me up!

Stoner: The motherfucker didn't pick up his phone, what a fucking faker.

Used when someone who is rather fag-ish somehow managed to get even gay-er then you would have thought possible.
