Plural: "Phelps" or "Phelpses"
A man with an unattractive (possibly repellent) face and a smokin'-hot body. The individual in question (the "phelps") is generally assumed to be Caucasian...like the swimmer-slash-mental-health-spokesmodel.

I miss that Yahoo group where people used to post pics of hot naked guys with ugly faces. It's crazy, but I love me a good phelps.
