A nerdy cyclist who wears too much spandex for the type of riding they are doing. The type of cyclist who goes too fast on a crowded trail with kids around, but is too slow to actually race. Pejorative

This is a combination of the words Spandex and Dexter, a classic nerd name. I almost got run-over by a "spandexter" today.
