This term can commonly be found in the Track and Field setting. To be Rolled, is to be a slow runner. On the contrary, To Roll someone is to be faster than, or more commonly, to beat someone in a race.

“That guy is in 8th place..Damn he’s rolled”

To be slow, or extremely uncompetitive in sprinting/distance events. Basically, your times are shitty and you will NOT be making it to the next level

Can occasionally be used in the context of jumping and field (shotput, javelin, etc) events, but is not common
