PBF (Pretend Boyfriend)

PBF aka Pretend Boyfriend is a convenient imaginary boyfriend who often comes in handy in many ways, such as excuse to get out of doing something, turning down a date, etc.

Occasionally Bill and I break up but it never lasts more than a few days and I know we'll be back together. So although technically we are broken up, dating anyone else feels like cheating. But Bill has to know what he's risking and that he might really lose me. That's where Carlo, my PBF (Pretend Boyfriend) comes in very handy...Bill does not not not like that Carlo is in my life!

bar presence

(1) The ability to attract the attention of a busy bar tender in a crowded bar.
(2) The ability to forcibly and persuasively make your point.

Mary has awesome bar presence. She can walk into a crowded bar on a Friday afternoon and get her drinks order in a couple of minutes. Fred, on the other hand will stand a t the bar all night and be invisible to the bar tender. He has no bar presence.

A depression present is a gift or gesture done for the betterment of one’s own or another persons mental heath.

A depression present can be something like a squishamallow or something like coffee/clothes/snacks/etc. The goal of a depression present is to make life the recipients life more pleasant, and enjoyable.

Depression presents rose to popularity due to their ability to save money in the long run by preventing costly mental heath emergencies. This works by taking l action to prevent depressive episodes from worsening by taking steps to better ones mental heath before it gets bad through emphasis on self-care practices and the valuation that small changes/ gifts can have a big positive impact on one’s mental heath and make it more worth living.

Depression presents can single-handedly save you countless dollars as they can prevent and mitigate a potentially costly mental heath crisis.
