(TRI-sul-ate) In the culinary arts, this word refers to the mystical process of unification between ingredients and seasonings (known to the initiated as doo-dangs, diddle-dangs and thangs) and canned-confidence consumption (on the part of the chef) which brings a particular dish (say, for example, Hog Head Cheese) to absolute, country-style perfection.
