A very posh Japanese gentleman's name who has a strong obsession with anything posh and British. It's especially posh when his surname starts with 'shi.' 1) a task given to an employee by his/her superior by the end of the day (usually 5 minutes before the end of work) with a demand to get it done for the morning next day which makes the unlucky employee stay at work extra hours (rarely paid for) like a moron, because everyone else can go and enjoy the evening and he/she is the one caught to do the dirty work;
2) a person caught by his/her superior 5 minutes before the end of the day at work to do something very important for the next day morning so he/she needs to stay longer to complete the task;
