is actually a super cool person, but is a joke repeater...and no one likes a joke repeater. he's super loyal and has a big heart, but hides it sometimes by trying to be tough and cool to his peers. he's super cute and talented but is low key about it, which makes him even more attractive. when he falls for a girl, he falls hard, and is actually a cheesy romantic. he's the type of guy you never get tired of being around and is constantly making the people around him laugh. either you hate him or you love him and his specific sense of humor. everyone needs a Tommy in their life.
