An adjective used to modify a noun of other substantive by limiting, qualifying, or specifying on how excellent or first-rate the noun is. Interchangable with the words: cool, excellent, awesome, etc.
"That jacket is so skidelsky"

Can also be abreviated and retain the same meaning:
