It seems to be transmitted through the Internet and can reach men thousands of miles away. Once the V-Signal has been transmitted, single men start reaching out to the attractive single woman, via text messages, phone calls, or DMs, confessing that they’ve had a secret interest in her and would like to pursue something more than friends with her. At a minimum, they would like to have sex with her, but if she offers more, they’re happy to take whatever she is willing to give them. (i.e. FWB or relationship)
