Get the Shoeing mug.A word for someone who sneaks into bedrooms at night and sniffs and/or steals shoes. They are not the same as shoe stalkers, but are very close. They are often non-violent. Apparently very popular in Cambridge, England.

Get the shoeboxed mug.A Shoebee is what on the old Nickolodeon show, "rocket Power" was the local nickname for a tourist. Tourists were called a shoe-bee because of how they wear sneakers or socks under sandals to the beach.
Otto: Guys, squid is totally looking like a shoebee.
Squid: what? how?
Reggie: Dude, youre wearing socks under your sandals...
Squid: ooooooh.

Get the shoebee mug.I'm getting this from my Gpop and pop, but a shoebie is a South Jersey Shore expression to describe the day-trippers from Philly and NYC that would ride the train "down the shore" for the day or weekend and bring everything in a shoebox. Since the original poster used "shore" in their definition they too are probably from the South Jersey area. The trains that brought the shoebies down the shore, nor the expression shoebie, are heard much any more so its kind of cool that the expression lives on as a slightly derogatory expression for an inapproprate and unwanted tourist!
