A person who is majorly into and/or addicted to pharmaceuticals...i.e. OxyContin, Percocet, Vicodin, Lortab, Xanax, Klonopin, Soma, etc. Basically any pill that is abusable and gets you high, a pillhead will take.

I can't believe he rummaged through his grandmother's medicine cabinet and took her pain medication. He is SUCH a pillhead!
