A reference to a girl who is skinny, but in a trendy, sexy, model-type way. The term comes from the 1960s model, Twiggy.

pepperoni plates 

When a girl's aerola is WAY to large and out of proportion with the size of her breast. Or, when her aerola is just too large in general. Generally viewed as a negative, embarassing quality by guys and girls alike.

Yeah, she's got big breasts, but the pepperoni plates completely wreck the attractiveness of them.

A super popular slang term for needles that drug users use to inject their drugs with.

pillhead 

A person who is majorly into and/or addicted to pharmaceuticals...i.e. OxyContin, Percocet, Vicodin, Lortab, Xanax, Klonopin, Soma, etc. Basically any pill that is abusable and gets you high, a pillhead will take.

I can't believe he rummaged through his grandmother's medicine cabinet and took her pain medication. He is SUCH a pillhead!
