A person who has patronizing others down to an artform or science. Often times they may be uptight politicians or do-gooder suburban soccer moms. They almost always know they're right even when the issue at hand is ambiguous.

Someone who is dependent of patrons, such as a twitch streamer, or someone from tic tok. They generally have no useful skills, and will breakdown when threatened to get a real job. They have gained popularity recently and will crash soon as well. They do not contribute to society, yet are idolized by retarded middle schoolers and creepy men.
