It appears that this word was coined in the US to refer to Janet Jackson's breast falling out. The UK version would be when Judy Finnegan's breast fell out at the BAFTAS

Why did American people make such a fuss about Janet Jackson's accident? When Judy Finnegan had a wardrobe malfunction, the Brits were just mildly amused.

Malyna 

Malyna is crazy and a wonderful person , she is so incredibly mean but can be the sweetest person you will ever meet . She can light up a whole room, she has an incredible sense of humor , she will be the rudest to you in one class but in the hallway she will see something and then the next class you have with her she’ll be the nicest. She is bipolar. But it’s okay because if your her bestfriend or friend you probably are too . She has an incredible impact on new people (that she likes) she’ll convince you to do something and make it seem like the best decision ever and it will be because your doing it with her, find a Malyna and mold on to her forever before she’s already claimed. And when she gets claimed you’ll know because she’s loyal and won’t do that to he partner. I love you Malyna ~ bestfriend

Capslock Malfunction 

Its when people use the Caps lock wantingly quite often between words just to show off. This rather looks disgusting to the readers. The main cause is a dismantled brain and the malfunction still doesn't have a proper solution.

Jack : So how was your day Phil?
Phil : I ReaLly hAd a GreAt DaY JacK
Jack : Stop that style Phil. It rather looks like a Capslock Malfunction right there.
