Good lenses, bad frames

Describing someone who gives a bad first impression but is actually a good person. Someone who doesn't appear to be competent, yet is extremely capable at what he/she does.

Dr. Bruce is a spaz, but he's one of the best doctors I know. You wouldn't know it by looking at him...good lenses, bad frames.

John Lennon's first son. Never really spent time with his father. Paul McCartney was more like a father to him but is still a Lennon and deserves the millions of dollars that Yoko Ono has. His half bother Sean Lennon should be thrown in jail for all the attention and money he stole away from Julian. Julian also has musical ablilties which he proved in the album Valotte.

Julian Lennon's childhood was broken because his father was not around to comfort him.

A term for filmmakers who annoyingly leave the part of their hand going to camera to mark a certain amount of footage as good. Found commonly in skate videos, snowboard seshs, and other sport-like or trick-based footage.

*Mark does a kickflip off a 7 set*
(Shitty filmmaker) *spanks his hand on the lens and then leaves in the edit*

- He is now a lens spanker

*Simon Dumont does a kangaroo flip*

(Shitty filmmaker) *waves his hand in front of lens and leaves in the final edit*
