Hostlers used to be people who sold and took care of horses, and "horse" is a common slang word for heroin.

Hotler

A word that refers to an animated .gif picture of Hitler in a thong, rubbing his swastika (see: wang). It was mainly popularized in the 1930s & 40s when Hitler was in power. Hitler was said to have forced his higher-ranked officers to witness the rubbing, and during one instance two pictures were taken. They were recently discovered by German historians and made into an animated .gif picture.

Hitler: (Rubbing) Vinnneeeeeegär?

Officer 1: Ja, herr Hitler, vinegar!

Officer 2: Ja, herr... Hotler ;-), vinegar!
