An AMAZING singer and cartoonist, Gerard Way is the lead singer for the band My Chemical Romance. Born April 9th 1977, and from Bellville, New Jersey. He attended The School of Visual Arts in NYC hoping to become a cartoonist but when his cartoon (The Breakfast Monkey) got turned down he decided to focus more on his musical career. My Chemical Romance was formed in 2001 and their first album(I Brought You my Bullets, You Brought me Your Love)was released the next year. The follow up album (Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge) was released in June 2004.

in my opinion beautiful and lovely as well as an awesome singer although i might get a battering for saying that.
borther of mikey way who is also in my chemical romance playing bass.
i dont agree he is hot but he is beautiful and i love him very much. i saw him april 9th at london astoria on his birthday greatly muchly live.
and also possibly slightly gay i can agree there but hey never mind. and it wasnt kids books it was comics... erm... does that make it better?

Gerard Arthur Way. Talented/amazing/gorgeous frontman of the hugely successful and one of the best bands in the whole world, My Chemical Romance. He puts on one hell of a live show. Not only that, but he has one of the most amazing voices around. Often known as 'Gee' to fans. A dedicated musician to friends/family and fans, and a brilliant cartoon artist. People who don't like Gerard Way suck(Y) -cause they only don't like him because he's recently got 7 year olds becoming in love with him & is appearing in Top Of The Pop magazine *rolls eyes* Yes, it's annoying to us long-lasting, diehard MCR gfans that know every single song ever written by them, but it's not their fault. Try to be happy and take into account that like 1 song, or like 100, a fan is a fan and lets reunite this motherfucking MCRmy please :)

Owns the most beautiful voice ever to speak, the most beautiful eyes ever to see and the most beautiful face ever to please the world. Sings and writes lyrics for the band My Chemical Romance, founded soon after 9/11.
Others in the band |brother| Michael Way, Bob Bryar, Frank Iero and Ray Toro. The Black Parade (one of their albums) was designed by Gerard himself (cartooning and things like that).
MCR are not emo or punk they are actually Post Hardcore. They really do hate it when people go on saying s*h*i*t like "MCR are an *emo* band, why would you like an *emo* band, blah blah blah" becoz thats just dissing thankyou very much.
Anyway
He lives in a New York apartment with his long term girlfriend Olivia, which is very nice.
He does not ask for any random fan of his to go on about how much this fan wants to f*u*c*k him becoz hes not an asshole enuff to do that and i hope you know that it pisses celebs off.
I know hes hot but hes NOT a dummy with no feelings, hes the most amazingly talented guy ever to live. Thankyou very much.
