Additional fees incurred in Central and South America by those of European-Decent for being white and foreign. (Namely Americans and Canadians) The opposite of Local's pricing. (They have other words that this author is uncomfortable using for non-white Americans and Canadians)

Some people may think that this aquatic animal is pronounced fish. They however, are wrong. It is pronounced feesh. The plural of feesh is foowsh, and a group of foowsh are called a foowshling.

I thought I saw one feesh but it was actually a few foowsh that drifted away from their foowshling
