Right wing "But what about..?" deflection tactic

This is the right wingers only tool in his debate box besides attacking the source. Used often by right wingers when realizing they lack the ability to debate their defenseless points.
When pinned down about having an agenda to gut Social Security, SNAP benefits, and Veteran benefits, The fidgety, sketchy right wing politician became louder and louder as he attempted his Right wing "But what about..?" deflection tactic saying "But what about that guys laptop? Or her emails?"

Streisand Deflect

When a powerful person, company, or institution deliberately floods the internet with unrelated but highly searchable content in order to bury or “deflect” attention from an embarrassing rumor, scandal, or conspiracy.

The move usually involves releasing something with the exact same keyword as the damaging story, so when people Google it, they get the official, harmless version instead of the scandal.

Examples:
• People joked that Disney named the movie Frozen so that when you search “Disney Frozen,” you get the animated princess and not stories about Walt Disney’s frozen head.
• Rumors spread that Beyoncé had a year-long affair with her bodyguard; not long after, she dropped a song called Bodyguard.
• Gross gossip about Dubai “chocolate porta-potties” parties started circulating, then suddenly “Dubai Chocolate” became a big marketing push.
“Bro, Sama is using Sora to make videos of himself commiting ‘crimes’? That’s a Streisand Deflect if I’ve ever seen one…”

Deflection

When a MAGAt Republican has no evidence to back up their claim, so they resort to “Hunter Biden’s laptop” or “Hillary’s emails” or anything to tap dance around the question.
Republictard: “Democrats stoled the election”.

Democrats: “Do you have any evidence of the election being stolen?”

Republicans: “UH…. UH…..HUNTER BIDEN’s LAPTOP”

Democrats: “Ah yes. The old deflection tactic”.

Deflectal

Pronunciation: /dɪˈflektəl/
Part of speech: noun (also used as an adjective: deflectal, verb: to deflectal)

A person who reflexively denies responsibility and reality — refusing facts, shifting blame, excusing or minimizing harm, and attacking victims or experts instead of admitting error. A deflectal will: ignore evidence, gaslight complainants, defend cruelty, generalize entire groups from single examples, and substitute tribal talking points for understanding.
“She went full deflectal when someone pointed out her dog killed the neighbour’s goats.”

"man went full deflectal, he is always hating everything that he doesn't understand or agree with."
