They initially present themselves to be 'Mr nice guys' ..(ie. look at me .. butter wouldn't melt in my mouth) .. yet in reality, they are generally people who have serious issues, from gambling to serious drug use. They are compulsive liars at their very best. They are all about doing their best to trick and fool anyone in their path.
