Fatty deposits on a man's chest that appear similar to the female mammaries (see also Moobs}. Can be easily observed at tractor pulls, county fairs, flea markets and any truck stop.

Holy cow, does that guy have a pair of chesticles on him! (it's just more fun to say than man boobs)
