Botchka

A game in which one places two numbered dice in one's mouth, swallows them with ipecac, and then vomits the dice. One then retrieves the corresponding number of cards from another player's back pocket. Any further rules are improvised.

The boys played Botchka down in the basement, and now the floor is saturated with vomit.

A term describing the unsuccessful or unprofessional surgery performed on a person to reassign their gender. The surgeon may have decided to take a holiday to the Bahamas part way through the operation or could have been an alcoholic.

Gemima went out on a date with Brad but was scared to go all the way. Hey, Brad was a nice guy but had a vomit reflex when he saw her botched crotch. He was only a humble accountant.
