Xylazine is a mean, nasty street drug that has found credibility by way of veterinary medicine. Drug dealers are now using the animal tranquilizer, ketamine, to deliberately cause dependency among addicts. It is given the name xylazine on the street. It is also known as "tranq" or "fetty." Fetty because cartels are making it almost instantly addictive by cutting it with cheaply obtained fentanyl. It is so incredibly dangerous on the street because the narcotic antidote "narcan", is rendered useless to those who overdose. Thereby making it deadly.

"Hang that mofo dealer for pushing xylazine to users here in the neighborhood!"
