Weight-Watchers Crap

A bowel movement so large it results in a measurable reduction of your weight. The kind of movements people try to have just before weigh-in at a Weight-Watchers meeting.

weight watchers

a weightloss program where foods are assigned point value and you add up all the points you eat and try not to exceed your daily alloted points. The thought behind this is that it's easier to count points than calories, fat grams, carbs..exc. it is a legitimite way to loose weight and one of the few diets that allow participants the luxury of not ruling out foods like sweets entirely. Instead, portion size is emphasized and there are also pre-package frozen desserts from the company. Group meetings and weight-ins add a sort of peer pressure, AAA feeling to it, making participants more likely to stick with the program. Anyone from the casual dieter to the obese can learn how and succeed with it.

weight loss surgery

Any of several surgical procedures designed to produce substantial weight reduction in obese patients refractory to conventional measures.
Current options for weight loss surgery include the following:

1. Gastric bypass, in which the esophagus is essentially connected directly to the small intestine. This reduces caloric intake at the expense of considerable potential adverse effects.
2.Gastric banding, also referrred to as bariatric surgery, compresses the stomach by means of an external mechanical device. Appetite and capacity are reduced resulting in gradual weight loss.
3.Above-knee amputation produces weight reduction in a biphasic pattern. The immediate post-operative drop is supplemented by a long-term increase in caloric expenditure derived from hopping.

weight check

a verbal request and implied challenge to use heavier weight on exercise apparatus (i.e. a bench press or squat rack) in an over-crowded gym to gain sole usage of the respective equipment.
Tron walked into the gym wanting to bench press, however, all of the benches were full. Luckily for Tron, there was mad weak-sauce on one of the benches. Tron approached the low-life weak-saucer and issued a weight check. Having successfully lifted an exponentially larger amount of weight, the weak-saucer had no choice but to call off troops and recede to a corner to accept his shame.
