When you take all the crap out of someones backpack, flip it inside out, put all the stuff back in and zip it up during class. Usually when the person who owns the backpack is going to the bathroom...

turtleing 

The act of taking a person's backpack and removing all of the contents, flipping the backpack inside out, placing the contents back inside of the inside out backpack and zipping it shut. The result of this action can only be achieved when a person has stolen the backpack without the owner noticing. The inside-out backpack resembles a turtle, because it looks like a shell and it is hard to unpack. It is looked down upon to have a backpack that is "unturtlable."

Tommy was paying close attention in physics class when Billy stole Tommy's backpack without Tommy noticing. Billy turtled Tommy's backpack and when Tommy finally noticed the turtled backpack at the finale of the class. Everyone laughed and pointed at Tommy. Tommy was bashful but chuckled it off. The next day Tommy turtled Billy's packpack and everyone laughed again. One day the teacher brought in a policeman to stop the act of turtleing. The next day Billy and Tommy turtled the teacher's purse.

Turtling 

When a chubby dog is laying on his back to get belly rubs, then hears something and gets excited, and tries to get up really fast but can't because he is too fat and has stubby legs. This results in a lot of flailing around and squirming back and forth (which he does in an effort to get enough traction or momentum to flip back around). Doing this, the dog resembles a turtle that has fallen on its back, unable to flip itself right-side-up.

I was giving my dog belly rubs and then he heard you come in and he started turtling!

Turtleing 

A sex move performed on females, where the other participate makes the awkward turtle* with their hands, but closes the fingers over top of each other to create an almost a fist, and turns to a 90 degree angle and proceeds to penetrate the vagina with the fist, while rubbing the clitoris and anus with the thumbs.

*For those who don't know the awkward turtle is made by putting one hand on top of the other, palms facing down with the thumbs pointing out the side, and rotating your thumbs as if they are flippers.
