To confirm a statement. Snoop Dogg does use this but I believe Bishop Don Magic Juan originated it but it is used as a synonym for Church or chuuch or Preach. Other examples would be things like "real talk" or "Word." As to strongly confirm a statement or idea.

The modern day version of a "prostitot". Girls who dress too provocatively for their age, typically between the ages of 11 - 14. These minor thots are not experienced in the ways of the full blown Thots, but they sure do dress like it.

Likely to be regarded as jailbait and make you shake your damn head.
