Stephen Harper

22nd Canadian Prime minister (Canadian equivalent to prime minister). I suppose he did decent in handling the economy during the 2008 recession. But still has the flaws of every other conservative pm.

A disease freqently suffered by Canadian conservatives by which the face is drained of expression and party members become zombie-like tight asses. Perhaps a less severe form of santorum as suffered by American Republicans.
