The pretty bestie, immaculate sense of fashion, great taste in music, cat mom, chill and go with the flow type of person. Although she's an introvert, she would never turn down an opportunity to party with her friends. She most likely has a tiny appetite but the way to her heart is through food. Someone who rats out stuff relating to things that have to do with Nintendo, such as ROM websites or fan games.

I WAS going to play Mario Golf for the Nintendo 64 tonight, but some Nintendo Snitch ratted out EmuParadise and now I can't find anywhere to download it!

A Nintendo Snitch reported to Nintendo ANOTHER Super Mario 64 HD remake and it got taken down, it wasn't even a full level!

Dry snitching is a calculated but yet passive aggressive way to dime out your homeboy. In most cases to save your own ass without being the obvious rat bastard you are and save yourself from a fishing trip in your new concrete Nike’s.

You and your homeboy get pulled over

Cop: I smell marijuana step out of the car
Cop: who’s weed is this?
Homeboy: like a MF’n G says nuth’n
You: look at your homeboy and say “don’t worry fam I’ll put money on yo books”
Homeboy: (shaking head) you dry snitching Mufuka.

a person who tells on you, rats on you... snitches. no matter what size this person is pr what their physical strength, this person is considered a bitch because they are a snitch. the "ass" part of the phrase comes from the fact that being a snitch and a bitch make you an ass. hence the term snitch ass bitch
