A common, usually deliberate misspelling of the word, "cigarette".

Often used by people who do not use tobacco, but occasionally used by smokers as well.

Used exclusively in written or typed text; it is pronounced the same way that one would pronounce the word cigarette.

#JOSH: Hey Hozay, can you spare a siggeret?
#HOZAY: Sure thing Josh, be over in five minutes with a smoke for ya!!!

Silver hour

Referring to most beach communities, the silver hour is the point in the day when the sun has just set over the horizon leaving an "silvery" view out into the ocean. For many, this is an opportune time to have a first cocktail of the evening before the group heads back to house to clean up and finalize dinner plans.

Chris: "What time should I make dinner reservations at the Crab Trap?"

Stephanie: "How about 8:00. I'd like to have a few cocktails at silver hour first"
