Ruchama

Ruchama, a Hebrew/French name, means comfort and the one who received mercy and pity.

From Hebrew (Ruhamah) and then translated to French (Ruchama), the name means "the one who has been spared". In the Bible, Hosea is told by God to name his daughter Lo-Ruhamah; then God tells Hosea to call his daughter Ruhamah, because she has been spared.
