Dry Peeve

Verb/Noun

Experiencing the reflex of urinating. When your dog has used all of his pee to mark all of the territories possible; so when he lifts his leg, nothing comes out.

Much like a dry heave, dry peeve is the reflex without production.

My dog didn’t piss on your tree, it’s just a dry peeve.

I tried to go pee, but nothing came out. Just a dry peeve I guess.

Peeves

Peeves is the Hogwarts poltergeist. Everyone hates him. He floats through the corridors reeking havoc. Argus Filch, the Hogwarts caretaker, has been trying to get him thrown out of the castle for a long time. He will only listen to The Bloody Baron, the Slytherin ghost.
