A very efficient and rude way of secretly being disrespectful to someone. Often used in situations where you don’t want to talk to someone or you’re trying to purposely anger them.

A phrase similar to so what?, used to show indifference towards whatever someone is saying. Often yelled, "ok and" originated as a response to someone who makes an excuse to not drink.
