Fetishistic Nepotism

When the politics of a (semi-)organized group become so inbred that the selection of new "officers" consist entirely of people already within the leadership's cabal of like-(and often narrow) minded sycophants to the point beyond the standard nepotism to where it seems as though it must be a sexual fetish.
Can you believe that Alan and Cindy picked Rick to be the Head of Security? He's such a member of their clique that this is definitely a case of fetishistic nepotism.

Ego Nepotism

Individuals who favor and position their ego to solely benefit their selves at the detriment of another, whether politically, in business, with personal relationships, etc. Opposed to narcissism that seeks gratification from vanity or egotistic admiration of one's idealized self image and attributes.
This relationship was a terrible one sided deal that left me hurt, which displays their ego nepotism.

geographical nepotism

Also know as 'locational nepotism'. It's like nepotism, but for locations. Commonly occurs in professional settings where a boss will have a personal preference for a location based on personal relation to the location.

Example: The boss wants to have a meeting in a town, because it's close to their vacation home.
The boss picking that location is total geographical nepotism
