Contrary to popular belief, *this* definition refers to the most difficult, rage-inducing Veteran mission from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Mile High Club is the epilogue to CoD 4, and attempting to complete it on Veteran is wishing for death's sweet release after only about 5 attempts.

Wanking on a plane, usually in the plane lavatory. Like the Mile High Club but far easier to attain and much more shameful.

The Mile-High Club Royale is a super-elite club for guys who have participated in a four-man spit-roast deluxe-ing in the restroom of an airplane flying at least a mile high.

Coming back to the Academy from San Francisco, Matt and I became members of the Mile-High Club Royale!
