Microdingophobia

Irrational fear of letting the microwave timer reach zero. Sufferers will ALWAYS open the microwave at least one second before time runs out, thereby circumventing the ding or buzz that ensues when the timer reaches zero. The most extreme case subjects have never, in fact, heard what happens when their microwave timer reaches zero.

Frank's microwave might just play Stairway to Heaven backward when the timer reaches zero. It's a shame his microdingophobia's too bad to ever let it get to zero.

Micro-Flex

When a person, usually a friend, brags or boasts about an insignificant event that has happened to them. In comparison to a normal flex a Micro-Flex makes you question why they would say such a thing too you as it does not effect your life in any way and you do not care for it. A Micro-Flex is usually performed by a person who has very little self confidence, this is due to them wanting to big up their own uneventful and sad lives.

Person 1: I'm starting my new job on the 15th of October
Person 2: *Why would they say that to me? Did they just Micro-Flex Me?*

Person 1: I just lost my Virginity
Person 2: *Ok, cool. I didn't need to know and I don't care.*

Person 1: I always go clubbing and I always feel like shit the next day
Person 2: *So don't go clubbing on a Uni night then, are you seriously trying to Micro-Flex me?*
