One who thinks nothing exists outside of energy. Thanks to relativity, matter is considered energy. An object is considered to have energy just by existing.

Dawkins is a materialist.

Similar to materialistic in that one is totally obsessed with their data and software. They cannot bear the thought of losing their data in any way.
