Word spun by people from Nepal to describe the maximum of anything. The word is combined from the English word "Last" and Nepali expression of craziness, "aiii". It is still unknown of a person to first spin the word, but is believed to be first spoken by a comedy person. It can be used to denote any kind of expression, ranging from hotness of a girl to level of drunkenness or the amount of food or the quality of food taken. It is helpful for people who are bored and dont want to pronounce any real words which might lead to more boredom.
