Hoganning: The over zealous testing of a mobile app during its development, by a disgruntled team member, to the point of sabotaging the entire project.

Usually carried out in an attempt to disguise the Hoganner's own incompetence. The act typically only succeeds in making the entire project team despise the shameful Hoganner.

Hoganning: Makes as much sense as Hulk Hogan's mustache!
