Hoggey means people with abnormally large fingers, quite often having anger issues.
Another definition of Hoggey person, is usually fat, 100 BMI+, fat white kid.

Cheers Hogger

When someone says "cheers" and everyone puts up their glasses/beer up to tap, one of the people ram their drink in first cheering everyone and not letting anyone else touch each others glasses.

Some guy had a flat tire on the shoulder and there were three lanes of watch hoggers causing a mile long traffic jam, so I was late for work.
