Coasty

A person from the west side of the cascade mountains or seattle area. That travels to the east side of washington state to: stop on the side of the road to take pictures of deer, drive extremely slow, stop where there are no stop signs, ask dumb fuck questions to the locals, constantly seek directions, get their coolers robbed while camping, sit in lawn chairs near the woods with orange vests on and drink beer while pretending to hunt, and overall just being a douche bag.

This dumb ass coasty stopped on the side of the road to take a picture of a deer, so i flipped him the bird and sped by.
