When a person gets screwed over by a Chinese company on the internet. Typically this is on a deal that is too good to be true, and come to find out when the product arrives, it is a fake.

A beard which connects from the chin to the minge or It is a slang word to describe a very long beard which will indeed reach to the minge.
This can be used as a descriptive noun like 'that man has a chinge-like beard' this is commonly used by older folk considering that the word was first created in the late 80s
