A poorly funded but longstanding inner city project set up to assist dogs to find their original assholes after the tragic fire that caused them to lose track of their own so long ago.

Many folks are unaware of of the important and selfless work done by the Canine Asshole Reclamation Project which seeks to reunite dogs with their rightful assholes.

The act of sticking your finger into a yapper dogs behind, shoving it down his throat, and punting it back into the neighbors yard where it came from.
