Booyakasha 

This word was invented by English comedian Sacha Baron Cohen for his character Ali G in "Da Ali G Show". Since Sacha is Israeli, he pulled from the Hebrew language and urban slang to create Booyakasha. First, the very popular Hebrew phrase "Sheket B’Vakasha!" which means "Please be quiet!". Second, the slang term booya, which is a cry of victory to embarrass the defeated party (see also in your face). Booyakasha was supposed to sound Jamaican or African. It means in context "Be quiet because I am right and you are wrong! I win! Feel embarrassed about it!"

booyakasha is a word that can be used in any situation, at any time, when no other response can be thought of. similar to 'your mum;' if you don't know what to say, simply shout BOOYAKASHA! it ends all arguments. you disagree? BOOYAKASHA! (can also be shortened to 'boo-ya')

"Have you got that twenty pounds you owe me?"
"Booyakasha!" *runs away*

boyakasha 

A phrase made popular in recent years by the brilliant comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, star of the HBO special, Da Ali G Show. The show was originally introduced in the UK, then moved to the US, after becoming popular to the point of being hard to fool anyone anymore. The main difference between the UK version and the US version is that in the UK, it had an audience that you could hear laugh, like most tv sitcoms, whereas the US version has no audience reactions. There was also a movie made called Ali G Indahouse before the move to the US. The movie is actually really lame compared to the reality-based series. Cheap humour and... more cheap humour.

If you listen to the song Keep Their Headz Ringin' by Dr.Dre, you will hear a background singer repeating "B-B-B-B-Boyakasha!", which is probably where Ali G got it from.

a term that means totally awesome. like unbelievably, completely, stupendously, amazing!! when something is so cool, cool just doesn't cut it. it can also include a fist pound or high-five with it.
