The fat bump half way between a females gut and muff. Obese females can artificially create a guff by wearing tight pants and/or belt. In sexual terms, the guff may be referred to as "more cushion for the pushin'"

guffaw

(noun)Sudden boisterous laughter, usually in bursts.

Often seen in movies after the protagonist earnestly says something revealing, leaving the opposing character in a state of ambivalence. Fortunately, the antagonist usually disregards it as a mockery and laughs with his comrades in this obnoxious manner.

(intransitive verb) guffawed, guffawing, etcetera.
With the hostages counting on him, his pride swelled. He braved his chance and spoke up, "I am Masked Man!

Silence filled the room. Bad Guy could feel the burning anticipation of his comrades. He met and held his stare.

Bad Guy guffawed. "You!? Masked Man!" Glancing to his comrades, he scoffed, "Just look at his stance! And... just where is your weapon? You fool!"
