Billy No-Tabs

A non-smoker out drinking in a pub with a group of smokers who is left alone, looking like a Billy No-Mates because all of his mates have been forced outside by law to have a smoke. Billy No-Tabs will often consider taking up smoking purely to avoid being left alone watching a load of half-drunk pints. May also be known as Billy No-Fags or Norman No-Smokes
