A term used by skateboarders. Someone who watches the street for cars while a skater does a trick that ends in the street. Particularly common when bombing hills.

Sean Green made sure he had spotters watching the intersection before bombing the hill on Jackson and Lombard.

Fully mature exponents of rampant sluttery also demonstrate advanced sensitivity behind a superficial veneer of availability.

When used in it's original form, rampant sluttery is both a compliment (adj) and descriptive of a particular action or behaviour(s).
